Delivery Details:

You have the option to have your products shipped to you (unless otherwise stated) or you are welcome to collect from me in Standlake, Oxfordshire.

Please arrange a date and time with me for collection before arriving.  We are an online shop and therefore don't have a physical shop, so you will be collecting from a residential address.  Please don't let that put you off, it's always nice to hear what plans you have for our pieces and to meet you too!

Some extra-large products can not be shipped, but this will be stated in the product description.

You can expect delivery between 1-3 weeks from ordering.  Some pieces such as moongates and items with bespoke metalwork will take longer, please allow up to 8 weeks for these.

If your item is URGENT or required for a particular day, please let me know and I will do everything I can to get it to you in time.
